Chun-Li's signature move is the "Hyakuretsu Kyaku" which was her ability to throw multiple kicks in one sitting. It is referred to as the Lightning Kick.
Her Spinning Bird Kick acts like Ryu's and Ken's own "Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku". Chun-Li can also wall-jump, meaning that pressing in the opposite direction after touching the wall during a jump will allow her to bounce off of it. While jumping, she can perform a Stomp Kick on top of her opponent's heads.
Her "Kaku Kyaku Raku" was basically a move where she flips in the air and drop kicks her opponents on the head, causing them to fall down.
Chun-Li's first Super Attack, the "Senretsu Kyaku", was an extended "Hyakuretsu Kyaku" that moved Chun-Li forward and could go through fireballs.
Chi Manipulation: Ex, Chun-Li's abilities to focus and manipulate her Chi are not on par with the likes of Ryu, due to her focus on a career and life beyond training for combat. That said, her abilities put her on a level that surpasses the common martial artist and she has developed a series of power stunts:
Ki Koken: Chun Li is able to expel a ball of pure Chi Force at Ex damage, and a range of 3 areas.
Hundred Rending Kick: Chun-Li is able to focus her chi into this attack ans dend a blur of chi-enhanced kicks at her opponent. The point of this attack lies more in its speed than its power, doing Ex Blunt, but putting an opponent at a -3cs chance to evade when they are in the same area.
Spinning Bird Kick: Chun-Li uses her Chi ability to defy gravity to deliver a series of 6 spinning kicks in the air. Chun-Li can use this ability to strike opponents up to two adjacent areas away as well as resolve 6 separate 'hits' with one Fighting FEAT roll. If successful, Chun-Li does Ty damage 6 times.
