Powers and Abilities
The Persuader can persuade anyone to do whatever he wants, but his powers do not work on anyone who's ready for them. He wore a specialized suit designed to amplify his powers.
Super strength: He kicked Clark with enough force to break through a wooden railing and fall onto the first floor. ?(Legion) The Persuader carries with him a large metal "Atomic Axe" that has capabilities of cutting through anything, to the point where it can split atoms and therefore it can even penetrate Kryptonianinvulnerability. When the Persuader wished to cut something, the end of the axe would glow red as though it was being heated.
